The resort is nestled in a secluded wooded area on the shores of the Lake, with beach front and magnificent views across the Lake to the Matusadona Mountains.

The site consists of 13 well maintained & self-contained chalets.
Also, fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen area, veranda and braai facilities, with Lake front and magnificent views across the Lake.
Chalets are well appointed each containing either double bed plus single or three single beds.
All fixtures and fittings are included.
The resort has a large swimming pool situated near the beach bar,

The focal point is the Beach Bar & Beach Cafe, situated on the beach amid the coconut palms and wild fig trees.
Beach frontage is unique to the resort in the Siavonga area.
There is also a campsite which is situated in woodland with magnificent views of the lake, The only campsite in Siavonga.
The resort also has a harbour which is protected by a narrow entrance and suitable for all boats, large and small.
Boats are not for sale.
Newly constructed conference room provides for conferencing facilities for up to 30 people (conference style) or 80 people (cinema style)
Reception is modern, welcoming guests with friendly staff.

Since Covid 19 pandemic,
The resort has been operating the self-catering lodge and basic self-catering equipment is supplied to the clients together with the braai stand & washing up facility on the veranda of each chalet.
Recently constructed in 2023, a new Kitchen extension has been added to the Beach Bar, together with a new braai area and tented Beach Cafe which offers a varied menu, open Wednesday to Sunday.

Utilities:
Power is supplied by 3 phase 440 volt mains electricity from ZESCO.
There is also a 65 KVA Deutz diesel standby generator.

Also installed is a 2 stage Power Factor Correction Unit.

Water supply - The Lake water is pumped, filtered & chlorine treated
In addition to main hospitality facilities, there is a managers house, Laundry, Maintenance workshop, ample vehicle parking space.

There are a number of buildings suitable for rehabilitation, including 4 chalets (not currently used) which will potentially increase the number of chalets available for accommodation to 17 chalets

In addition, the old kitchen and restaurant building, which overlooks the swimming pool, could be converted into an additional accommodation units.

It is envisaged that future expansion and development of the site would take place around the existing campsite which has space to construct an additional 13 chalets, all of which would have Lake views,

and would potentially increase the accommodation units to approximately 30 units. Undeveloped land is also available behind the manager's house suitable for the possible relocation of the campsite.
