The property is located in an area zoned for agricultural land use, total land size is 1,000.74 hectares (2,477.77 arces) in extent. Approximately 25km from the Lufwanyama CBD and approximately 80km off the Lufwanyama main road. The property is accessible via a gravel road and is largely vacant however there is a water channel built from the Lufwanyama river which borders the property into the farm for irrigation purposes and about 300 hectares of the farm is cleared land of which 78 hectares had previously been irrigated.
