This is a farm in the centre of Mkushi farming block - has not been used commercially lately but was previously used for cultivating Maize, Sunflower, Soybean, Tobacco, Zamseed varieties etc.
300 Ha of the 406 Ha, or about 750 acres has been cleared and the rest was used as a woodland for the tobacco curing..
On the farm there are two houses, one for the owner and the other for the manager,
Main house is with 5 bedrooms and would require improvements but with sound basic structure.
There are 3 boreholes,
2 Dumbo's and a dam can be easily done on two sides.
There was irrigation for 20 acres for tobacco nursery and vegetables,
The farm had no shortage of water.
