As Managing Director at Seeff Zambia, Elvira's focus is Commercial and Residential property as well as Farms - sales and leasing. She is also in charge of smooth running of the office, agents and support staff.
Elvira did a career change in 2007 when she joined a brand-new team for newly opened Chas Everitt International Zambia office as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Her specialty evolved from IT (having studied Software Engineering) and administrative work, to sales and marketing operations.
She has certificates in property economics, ethics and management with Zambia Business College and completed other courses required by Zambia Institute of Estate Agents.
She has played a key role in setting up Seeff Operations in Zambia from its humble beginnings in 2012 with only one agent- which has now grown to a more offices, multiple agents, directors as well as professional valuation teams including Kitwe office operations on the Copperbelt and surrounds.
